The weather was pretty nice when we left Birchwood Wisconsin.
We had to stop at the RV Dealers to get one last fix on the screen door before heading to Minnesota. We landed at Dakotah Meadows RV Park in Prior Lake (across from Mystic Lake Casino). Very nice campground, concrete pads, electricity and sewer (water is turned off on Oct 15) and warm shower house with free showers! This place is open all year!
Our first leg was pretty uneventful, sunny with slight winds. It looks like we will be trying to out run the cold front coming this way. Hopefully it will not catch us.
We are pretty excited about this years adventure as we don't have any real plans. We are expecting to meet some new people, eat some great food, see some wonderful sights and of course we are looking forward to warm weather.
