old doors:
construction:
the shed was not high enough to install a roll up door, had to install a sliding door on the tall side. we used the manufacturer of the building for the refit. everything matches perfectly!
after a good wash its time to put the RV in the shed for 4 months!
its so nice to be able to see the house!
there it goes...
hmmm... will it fit???
yes! with a few inches to spare!
Harvesting takes a lot of time:
a bit of dehydrating, our freezer in the RV is not that big to carry a lot of frozen veggies so we will be dehydrating most of our harvest. the bottom middle bowl has both wild and domestic blueberries! need at least 3 times that much to make jam... will have to keep picking..
but well worth the effort!
The tomatillo plants are huge!
the husks are beginning to fill out..
Our Bucky sure is getting big!
wild blueberry picking..
we had visitors both human and animal... A fun weekend with the Gustafson's, boating, tubing, campfire and of course the Birchwood Bluegill fest..
the neighbors had a fly in... these are Howard DGA's built in the 30's-40's
the summer finally showed up with temps in the 80's...
some beautiful wild flowers on our morning walks
High School Girls week in Gatlinburg Tenn. from July 25-Aug 1!
