19th annual "Guys" Weekend this year had great weather! Hot, sunny and perfect for getting together.
As usual they must work before they get to play! Chopping wood is always a great job for a group of guys.

Rose and I went to Vegas for a few days, too much fun, food, drink but we did win a few $$...
Off to Duluth to see the Hawk Migration. It was a very cold windy few days. But those Minnesotans are really tough! out Kite Boarding in that weather!!
the Ore boats were stuck out on the lake until the wind died down.
Always a group of people watching the boats come into dock!

We have never seen a boat come into Wisconsin Point in Superior.

The weather was not good for Hawk watching. They normally get 1000's of birds flying south each day but the two days we were there the wind was too strong.
Bird count for Sept: we are still at 611 for our life list.. But we did make it to 400 for the year! Sept came in at 114 which is a pretty good month total.
