July's Celebration

Began the month with a visitor!

He was a bit skittish, we are thinking that there is a bigger bear in the area.

A beautiful day for a pontoon ride

we are thinking this is a muskrat

Blueberries are getting ripe

Our 5th annual Mud Lake Parade

and Picnic

Newly fledged Orioles getting fed by Dad

finally a pic of our newest fawn

The roses really took off..

more babies in the yard  5 raccoons with mom

beautiful day for a Paddle board ride.  I have not stood up yet.. sitting is good

you got to think "The Graduate"..

these ducks liked the mat..

I need to learn how to swim..  Seal Buddy will get me there...  snorkeling is on the agenda too!

more babies:

this gal is a bit bigger than the one we seen earlier this month, must be why the little one was so skittish!

you can see the size difference:

Mid month we had a fun weekend with Eric's sister and family.  Pontooning, campfires, canoeing, paddle boarding and of course eating...  the weather was perfect for the visit.

New Ride:  1995 Cadillac De Ville

our touring vehicle...  rides nice with lots of room!

July 21-24:  We packed up the RV and headed south to Chippewa Falls.  About 60 miles from home.. had to check out the latest repairs on the RV.

A bit of rain and hail greeted us upon our arrival at the campground..  We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at the Leinies Lodge!  Very hot and humid weekend.  A bit of rain and the high humidity did not hinder our weekend. It was a very relaxing weekend just hanging out.

July Bird count:  Life stayed the same at 545.  Year increased by 2 to 275.  Month was a bit slow at 85.
