Mexico, golf, Fish Fry and a Bob Cat

This week was pretty quiet, mostly looking for rare birds and walks.  Eric did get to the pool on two afternoons, mostly to nap but he did go swimming.

We went to Mexico for a bit of shopping and lunch.  The Federales were out and about.  We don't normally see them running the streets. We had lunch up stairs of the Canada Store.  Pretty good food, especially the chicken taco.

Since the sun was out and it was not too windy or too cold we went to the local golf course.  We both improved our last score by about 4 strokes!

Oh Yes, Eric has shorts on and I had to bring my flannel lined jeans back out of storage!  It did get a little warm by the 7th hole.

Friday night Fish Fry!  We went to Riverside where we had a pretty good catfish dinner, Eric added shrimp that was pretty good too.  It was with the cornmeal coating that we like, not as good as Mississippi but good.

We had a really good look at a Bob Cat on our Saturday morning walk at Bentsen Rio State Park.
