At that time we did all the touristy things. This morning we hiked around our park before heading to Memphis about 15 miles from camp.
today we tried a new place for lunch. Gus's World Famous Chicken! We were introduced to Gus's while we were in Big Cypress last winter. A fellow camper told us it was a must try. And so we tried it! The chicken was a bit too spicy for me (I at the whole thing) but very very good.
We don't really like repeats but sometimes there is an exception. We went to Central BBQ. 6 years ago we declared it the #1 BBQ Ribs that we had eaten that year. So we had to go back.
Our weather has been unseasonably warm, mid 80's with the A/C on in the truck and RV. Not complaining just saying. Mosquitos and flys too (complaining).
Wed: today we went to T.O. Fuller State Park, a bit of hiking then back for relaxing.. Until the World Series came on.... Yea Cubs!!!
its been a long time coming.. what a great series and especially game 7.
