April 14, 2016:  After  12,116 miles,  812 gals of fuel, average of 14.9 MPG,  and 340  hours in the truck we made it back home.  What a wonderful fall/winter we had traveling to and staying in South Florida.  We made a few friends, met some really nice people, had some fun experiences, was able to visit with family and of course seen some great birds.

We try to keep our final day of travel to a minimum so we will not be tired out for unpacking and opening up the house when we get home. Our final drive was about 165 miles.

So glad to be home for the Spring/Summer.   We love our travels but love our home too.

Look... NO Snow!!    The weather forecast is for good weather, warm and dry so we should be able to unpack and clean the RV in a week.
