2 days of rain in Tucson

Since almost everything to do here in Tucson is outside we were very limited on site seeing and no birding..

for the Month of January we seen 17 new birds (436 total) and for 2015 we have 163 birds!

good weekend for cleaning and laundry and maybe beginning the taxes!  we do need to start packing as we leave on Friday for home.

The rain seems to be relentless... over 48 hours of rain.  We did go to the casino, Mexican grocery store, CVS and a short walk on Friday.  Saturday we went back to the mall to walk, stopped at the one of the Gem Show tents and took naps..  the rain is suppose to end tonight.

the guy who works at the park said that the water is twice as deep during the monsoon season!  it was really running today.
