Catalina SP cont...

Saturday Jan 24, 2015:  Left early today for the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum.  Although it was quite windy and cold (28) we headed out for the day.   They conduct a bird walk everyday at 8:30.  there were only 4 of us on the walk, too much wind so we did not see too many birds.  The museum costs about $20 per person.  It is very nice, kind of like the Living Desert near Palm Springs but not really a zoo.  They do have a few animals and lots of plants and different tours.  It was well worth the time and money.  Turned into a beautiful day to be outdoors.

Rain stopped took another walk..   theory on these two saguaro's:  one on the left is the right side of the brain, all orderly, the other is the left side of the brain, very creative!
